1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to the oogeloo account and the game “Recess Rumble”, provided by [PROVIDER, see imprint]. Further oogeloo services may have additional terms you agree to when activating them.
2. Account
• Use is free of charge and permitted from the minimum age stated at sign-up.
• One account per person. Second accounts, automated programs (bots) and deliberately exploiting bugs are prohibited.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent you are at fault.
3. Conduct
Player names must not be offensive, discriminatory, harmful to minors or unlawful, and must not infringe third-party trademarks or names.
4. Game rules
We may adjust game rules (e.g. points, promotion, fight limits) to keep the game fair. There is no entitlement to a particular game state. Pocket money and items have no monetary value and are not transferable.
5. Suspension and termination
In case of violations we may warn, temporarily or permanently suspend accounts. You can delete your account at any time in the account section.
6. Availability and liability
We strive for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee it. We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Changes
If we change these terms materially, we will ask for your consent again on your next visit.
8. Law
The law of the European Union and [GREEK] law apply. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
9. Contact and reporting illegal content (Digital Services Act)
Single point of contact for users and authorities (Art. 11, 12 DSA): [CONTACT@oogeloo.com], in German, English or Greek. You can report illegal content there, e.g. player names. Please tell us the name, the reason and your contact details. We review every report promptly; if we block or change something, we inform the person concerned of the reasons (Art. 16, 17 DSA).
